Field is happy to announce that we have been selected as the supplier of land surveying services for the new Aker Hospital Project in the Oslo region. The agreement has been signed with Sykehusbygg HF on behalf of Helse Sør-Øst RHF.

The New Aker Hospital is a key project in the development of future health services in the bigger Oslo area. The budget for the entire project is around NOK 22 billion. As a supplier, Field will be responsible for precise surveying and stake-out services related to the construction of the somatic building and associated structures. The assignment includes establishing axes and reference points to ensure high quality and accuracy in the construction process.

A massive construction project

‘We are very honored to have been entrusted with this important project,’ says Laurentiu Jisa, at a recent contract signing ceremony with the team.

"In strong competition, we were chosen on the basis of our solid understanding of the task and our experience. This is one of the largest construction projects in the wider Oslo region in the years to come, and being part of this project requires high capacity and broad professional expertise. We are really looking forward to getting started, and to work alongside Sykehusbygg HF and all the other partners on this project.” he says.

Field Survey is the land surveying department of the geomatics company Field Geospatial AS. The work is scheduled to start first quarter of 2026.
